What does a singing bowl do? The bowl sings ''ommmm'', which revives the basic DNA codes while activating the codes that we have yet to perceive or had suppressed. Tibetan singing bowls are one of the strongest musical instruments for healing via sound therapy and vibrations. They are called singing bowls because their unique sound continues to float for a long time after the tunes have been played.

Directions: Hold the bowl in the palm of your non-dominant hand, and the wooden stick/striker in your dominant hand. Hold the wooden stick like a baton and lightly strike the bowl on the bowl's mid-exterior wall. Striking the bowl will produce a pleasant, rich tone.
