3-5 steam sessions depending on how little or how much you use.
Directions: Fill bowl with steaming hot water, Add 1-2 tablespoons of steam blend to water. Let herbs steep for several minutes. Place a towel over head to keep steam in as you lean over the bowl (check to make sure the temperature is comfortable first). The steam will open up pores and and allow the herbs to penetrate and hydrate your skin.
