If you received a confirmation email that your order has shipped but you have not received the order in the maximum allotted time for on the shipping method chosen, first contact your local USPS/UPS and if package is deemed missing Contact Us to arrange a replacement. For Economy shipping, 20 business days must elapse before we are able to process a replacement for a “lost” order. For Standard shipping, 15 business days must elapse before the order will be considered “lost.” “Lost” order remakes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, once the order is delivered.
If you receive a refund from your payment carrier (Paypal, Bank, Credit Card, etc.) for the lost order during the wait period (15-20 days) and the order is received, we will request reversal of your refund according to that Organizations policy.
