Our orders normally ship within 2-5 business days from the time the order is placed. In some cases, during special promotions, ship times can be longer. It is our goal to ship orders as quickly as possible. Your package will arrive via UPS or USPS.
Do You Ship To P.O. Boxes?
Answer :
Yes. We do ship to P.O. Boxes, but any risks associated with storage and holding of items are the buyers responsibility. Due to the nature of our products, we do ask that our customers consider the climate conditions of the P.O Box to prevent melting, or freezing of products.
Do You Ship Worldwide?

No. At the moment, we only offer shipping within the United States.

If you did not receive an order confirmation email within 1 hour of placing an order, please check your spam/junk folder. If it is not in your spam/junk folder please contact customer support at sales@thealluringgoddess.com or send us a message.
How do I check the status of my order?
Answer :
When you place an order on thealluringgoddess.com, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your order number. Please keep this email for your records. You can click the “View Your Order” button in your confirmation email to track the status of your order, or select "Track My Package" on our website.  For your convenience, users who create an account can check the status of their order easily using the “Order Status” feature under “My Account”. To check your order status. We also email you at every step of the process.

My order status is “in progress”. What does that mean?
Answer :
Your order is in the process of being fulfilled and shipped, but does not yet have a tracking number. Changes to your order cannot be made once it is In Progress. We will gladly accept your return in accordance with our Return Policy.
How do I modify or cancel my order?
Answer :
It is our goal to ship your order as quickly as possible. We begin processing your order immediately after it has been placed. We are only able to cancel an order within 30 minutes of the order being placed. Please Contact Us and we will make our best effort to assist you.
What is "Melt Zone" Shipping (June, July, August)?
Answer :
We are sorry that in some cases it may take us a little longer than expected to ship your order. We want to be certain that your order arrives to you in perfect condition without any melting. We are located in Texas, where we see summer temperatures over 100°. To fix this issue, each summer we implement "melt-zone shipping". This means that if you live in any of the states listed below, we will only ship your order on Mondays and Tuesdays, and occasionally on Wednesdays. This is the best way for us to be certain that your products do not sit on a UPS or USPS truck over the weekend. This is when the melting happens. Once again, we apologize for this and look forward to delivering your order in the best condition possible.

What do I do if I have missing or damaged products?

Unfortunately, there may be instances when your order becomes damaged while it is in transit, or an item is missing. do not use the return / exchange process. Do you do price adjustments?

What is a Yoni Steam?

How much product do I need for a single steaming session?
Answer :
1/2 ounce to 1 ounce is recommended. It is all a personal preference. Use as little or as much as you feel comfortable with.
How do I smudge?
Answer :
1. Open or crack your windows (to let out the negative energy).
2. Set Your intentions (what your intended outcome is/why you are smudging)
3. Hold your sage downward at a 45 degree angle.
5. Light the end of the sage bundle stick with a match, lighter or using the flame from a previously (and intentionally) lit candle.
6. Wait about 20-30 seconds for the tip of your bundle to fully burn.
7. Gently blow out the flame.
As the tips of the leaves begin to smolder slowly, the sage should now have orange embers on the end and should be releasing a beautiful, fragrant, thick smoke.
Direct this smoke around your body and space with one hand (or a feather) while holding the bundle in the other.
Allow the incense to linger on the areas of your body or surroundings you’d like to focus on. You may also use a fan or feather to help direct the smoke. Allow the ash to collect in a ceramic or wooden bowl, shell or cauldron.
How Do I Burn & Care For My Candle?
Answer:

Step 01-Trim:
Prior to each lighting, trim the wick to 1/4” for a clean and smoke free burn. Also, always protect the surface on which the candle sits.

Step 02-Burn:
On your first light, allow the entire surface of wax to melt--minimum of 3 hours. There will be some “wax wall hanging,” but that’s normal. For all burns, never let it go on for more than 4 hours.

Step 03-Center:
Ensure the wick is centered. After each burn, adjust the wick while the wax is still molten.

To prevent fire and serious injury:

Always trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Never burn longer than 4-hour intervals. Set candle on heat-resistant surface and avoid drafts. Always burn within sight and extinguish before leaving room. Don’t burn near things that catch fire. Keep away from children and pets. Don’t extinguish with water. Always let wax harden before relighting, touching or moving.
