To give you a better understanding, the heart chakra is the center of your spirit. It is also the center of the chakras, making it a vital energy center for spiritual, mental, and physical well-being. It is known to be associated with love, compassion, safety, trust, adventure, self-compassion, forgiveness, and our relationships.
If this chakra is unbalanced or blocked, it tends to lead to a disconnection from the people we love, as well as love for ourselves, and love for the earth. Problems in relationships may heighten, which could lead to us losing hope. We lose sight of beauty, love, empathy, sympathy, and compassion. It is vital that we forgive ourselves, as well as others, so that we can elevate and attract the love and nurture we deserve.
Directions: Set the mood. Gather supplies such as candles, music, crystals, lotions, a soothing beverage, a robe, slippers, etc. Set your intentions while pouring desired amount of package contents into a comfortable bath or into a muslin bag (included) for easier cleanup. Clear your mind, speak positive affirmations and envision love, light, and positivity. Enjoy your time and congratulate yourself on the steps that you are taking to improve/maintain your unique journey! Soak for 20-30 mins, rinse off when done and rinse out your bag and allow to air dry until you wish to use it again.

I was so excited to use this product! As soon as I opened the bag I was hit with a beautiful aroma!
