Yoni Steaming or V-Steaming, is an ancient, natural and gentle alternative health treatment utilizing hydrotherapy to prevent, maintain, cleanse and detox the womb. During this method, a woman squats or sits over steaming water containing a blend of organic herbal infusions for 15-30 mins.

How can this benefit you? While the vagina is self cleansing, some people need a little more assistance, which is totally normal. This practice is known to assist with a variety of womb conditions such as vaginal dryness, prevention of chronic yeast infections and bacterial vaginosis, menopause symptoms, post partum conditions, strengthening and tightening vaginal walls, reduction of menstrual discomfort, boost libido, maintain healthy pH balance, detox and more. 

Ingredients: Calendula, Chamomile, Lavender, Motherwort, Raspberry Leaf, Rose, Rosemary, Wormwood, Yarrow

Size available: 1 oz. (1-2 steams), 2 oz. (2-4 steams) 

DIRECTIONS: (also located on back of package)

1.Bring 4-6 cups of water and 1/2-1 oz. of herbal mixture to a low boil.

2.Turn off heat and let steep (covered) for 10-15 minutes.

3.Remove lid, and wait until steam is at a comfortable temperature, before transferring contents to a safe bowl.

4.Grab a towel/blanket and squat over bowl, making sure the towel covers your body and the bowl, preventing the steam from escaping.

5.Direct the steam towards your yoni for 20-30 mins with intervals, if needed. Use 1-2 times a week before and/or after menstrual cycle.

PRECAUTIONS:

 Do not use if you are pregnant, think you are pregnant or have implanted contraceptives, such as an IUD (as this may cause it to dislodge).

 Do not use with open wounds, sores, severe irritation, blisters, or while menstruating.

 If irritation occurs, discontinue using the product and consult a doctor.
